        After having my second baby, I found myself in a frustrating situation many moms know too well. Despite doing everything "right"—kegels, careful return to exercise—I still leaked whenever I jumped rope with my toddler at the playground.

        I knew from my training that pelvic floor issues meant core issues. But the standard solutions weren't working.

        The breakthrough came when I was pregnant with my third and discovered the crucial connection between breath, posture, and the core. This revelation changed everything—for me and countless moms I've worked with since.

        I'm passionate about helping moms beyond endless kegels or boring monotonous workouts, giving them a complete system for understanding and rebuilding your core and pelvic floor.

        As a mom of three, I've experienced firsthand the challenges our bodies face. After my third baby, I was diagnosed with a grade 2 prolapse, which put my knowledge and techniques to the ultimate test. I had to apply everything I'd learned about core and pelvic floor function to rehab my own body.
