Hi, I'm Sarah!

I'm a mom of 3 and a 200hr+ yoga teacher with a specialized training in pre/postnatal yoga instruction. I support moms through yoga in person in NYC and online around the world, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

I've been through the first trimester several times at this point, so I know just how hard it can be. With my first kid, I was just tired, but with the second came daily nausea and fatigue. I hated how it pulled me away from my toddler because I just had to lay down all the time. And then by the time I was pregnant with my third, everything was heightened--it seems the first trimester only gets harder and harder.

I know everyone talks about this like it's just a normal thing you need to wait out, but I really want you to know that moving your body CAN help. At the very least, you're giving your mind somewhere to rest rather than constantly thinking about how sucky you feel.
