Whether you realize it or not, you DO have strong instincts as a mother!

I saw this Modern Family clip and knew I needed to share it with you.

Because we’ve all felt that way, haven’t we?!

And you know my story about going through the baby sleep program, trying to follow somebody else’s lead with my own baby and just being left with feelings of failure and uncertainty about my abilities as a mom.

You can do this, friend. Being a mom isn’t easy, but you’re doing it, and I bet you’re doing better than you think at it.

If you’re ever slumping under that heavy cloud of self-doubt, I encourage you to take a few deep breaths and remind yourself that you DO have instincts, and that your intuition is worth following.
