The Right Way to Work Out Postpartum

Big news: There IS a right way to work out post-baby.

Think about it for a sec.

 

After you have a baby, which of these do you think matters most?

  • working your arms
  • strengthening your legs
  • firing up your core

I’ll argue that there’s a right answer to that question.

 

The thing is—no amount of toned arms or strong legs is gonna keep you from peeing your pants after baby.

 

Or make your back stop hurting.

 

Or make sex pain-free again.

 

It really is all about the CORE in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

(And yeah I threw birth in there too because if your pelvic floor—which is part of your core—isn’t working right, you’ll be pushing that baby out for HOURS.)
