When I ask people who they’d like to hear from most for our live guest expert trainings, I always get this answer:

maternal mental health experts

And at first I was like, Okay great cool let’s do it!

And then I realized I didn’t know any. (oops)

And then I happened to be listening to this episode of the Pelvic Floor Project podcast, and I was like, “I NEED PIP.”
