Sure, I talk a lot about loosening your jaw to loosen your pelvic floor to let baby out, but this goes way beyond a vaginal birth.

 

Loosening your jaw, loosening your pelvic floor – it also helps you loosen up and let go. Let go of expectations, let go of morality around different birth choices and birth options, let go of plans and embrace the reality of what is.

 

(Birth aside, most of us could use a dose of loosening up our pelvic floor anyway!)
