I’ll keep things short and sweet -- 3 simple reminders for you.

  1. Clean your yoga mat. - Yeah, this is actually a thing people do, haha. I like a spray bottle with white vinegar + water. Spray it down, wipe if off. Voilà!
  2. Stand up straight. - Wiggle your toes, ground your feet. Stack ribs over hips, invisible string pulls up the crown of your head.
  3. Take a deep breath. - Close your eyes, inhale deeply. Exhale fully.
